Apple Music is the official music app from Apple, now also available for Android devices. From the My Music tab, you can quickly access all the music you've purchased on iTunes. That said, you need a paid Apple Music account to access this content. In other words, if you don't pay, you can't listen to anything at all.
Apple Music is a good music app ... if you're already a frequent Apple user and have an Apple Music account. For the rest of the users, it doesn't offer anything interesting.
